Shipping policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from adishreeprints.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

  • As most of these are handmade products, hence it is not possible to give exact dispatch time. Normally we ship the products within 3-5 working days (except given in product description) of receiving the confirmed payments through the applicable service as per your order. We suggest to check product description before ordering to avoid misunderstandings. During to festive season there may be exceptional delays in dispatch and delivery of parcels.

  • Adishree Prints have full discretionary right to cancel the order anytime.

  • Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will issue gift card (exchange) for the complete order amount including shipping charges.

  • If you cancel part of the order, Gift Card will be issued for same amount.

  • If you return an order delivered to you, gift card will be issued for same amount, No refunds will be issued.

  • We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. You may find some items on free shipping but on some items you would be charged shipping as per the weight of the item.

  • We have shipping partnership with almost all the best service providers in India like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Shree Maruti, Ecom Express, Xpressbees Etc. Shipments are sent through best available shipping mode at the time of dispatch.

  • We currently do not accept international orders.


Expedite Shipping Service

  • All Orders above 5kg. are shipped through surface shipping service whereas lesser weight articles are shipped through Air mode.

  • Delivery within 7 to 10 working days after shipping.

  • This Service is Traceable.

  • Can not deliver on any P.O BOX, APO or FPO address.

  • Requires your complete physical address along with your phone number and PIN code.


Holiday Shipping & Delays

Holiday shipments are subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher than normal shipping volumes experienced by the shipping services we use. Please be aware that UPS will occasionally issue a shipping exception for expedited shipping methods that cannot be delivered on time (i.e. 2 Day or 3 Day).

An exception is any event or situation that causes a shipment delivery to be rescheduled. Exceptions, such as Mother Nature or an incorrect address, can occur for a variety of reasons and are explained within the detailed shipment information found when tracking your package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors (i.e. DHL or the India Postal Service).

When placing your order, please be sure to supply us with accurate information and check the information carefully before submitting your order to prevent delays. Orders with an incorrect address or shipping payment will be held until the correct information or payment is received. If you are shipping to an address different from the billing address, please be sure to to provide the different delivery address.


Order Processing

  • We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within 3-5 business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.

  • Please check the Boxes/Package carefully at the time of delivery. In case of difference in actual and weight mentioned in the airway bill or any box/package is torned, please take a note from the courier guy for further action.

  • If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, Adishree Prints can not be held liable. Adishree Prints will not be held responsible for any delay, damage in transit, or otherwise due to the courier company. Once the customer receives the product from the courier company or any other delivery methods and acknowledges it, it shall be treated as good delivery and on no grounds it shall be returned as bad delivery.

Shipping Timeframes:
We ship all orders promptly and strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

  • For domestic orders (within India), the usual dispatch time is 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Please note that these timeframes may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen delays due to events like pandemics or festive seasons.
